AeroLander Tech Inc. ("AeroLander", "We", "Our") respects the privacy and confidentiality of our users, enterprise fleet operators, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, process, and protect telemetry data, user account details, and API interactions across aerolander.tech.
2. Types of Data We Process
We collect and process the following categories of data:
- Account & Commercial Information: Name, business email, organization name, and billing details provided during pilot requests or SDK key generation.
- Flight Telemetry Data: When using our cloud telemetry bridge, high-frequency flight metadata (attitude, velocity, altitude, ArUco tracking confidence, motor PWM) is transmitted to Cloudflare Workers and archived securely on Cloudflare R2.
- Website Analytics & Cookies: Technical log data (IP address, browser type, referral URLs) processed for operational security and performance optimization.
3. Purpose of Processing & AI Data Policies
Telemetry data is utilized exclusively for:
- Executing real-time flight guidance and fleet monitoring dashboards.
- Providing automated diagnostic reports and anomaly detection via Claude 3.7 Sonnet.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize customer flight logs or private operational data to third parties.
4. Data Storage, Retention & Security
All telemetry streams are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and WebSockets over TLS (WSS). Stored flight bags in Cloudflare R2 are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Enterprise customers may specify custom data retention windows or opt for on-premise air-gapped deployments.
5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, port, or request permanent deletion of your account and flight telemetry records.
