Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Customer", "User", or "You") and AeroLander Tech Inc. ("AeroLander", "Company", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of our autonomous flight control models, ONNX policy weights, MAVLink software bridges, cloud telemetry APIs, and websites accessible via aerolander.tech.
2. Software License & Deployment Grant
Subject to compliance with these Terms, AeroLander grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our pre-trained ONNX policy weights and companion software on authorized uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) airframes for moving target landings up to rated velocities (30 km/h). You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary neural network weights without express written consent.
3. Safety & Operational Liability
Autonomous uncrewed aerial flight involves inherent physical risk. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You will maintain active visual line-of-sight (VLOS) or comply with applicable aviation regulatory approvals (FAA Part 107, EASA, DGCA).
- You will operate all test and production flights with a qualified RC safety pilot capable of instantly terminating GUIDED autonomy.
- AeroLander Tech is not liable for physical damages resulting from hardware failures, improper sensor calibration, or extreme atmospheric conditions beyond specified parameter bounds.
4. API Access & Cloud Telemetry
Our cloud edge telemetry APIs powered by Cloudflare Workers and WebSocket edge routers are provided on a high-availability SLA for enterprise tier customers. You agree not to misuse, flood, or conduct denial-of-service tests against our telemetry ingestion infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the AeroLander reinforcement learning architectures, proprietary reward formulations, sim-to-real transfer algorithms, and software SDKs remain the exclusive property of AeroLander Tech Inc.
6. Governing Law & Inquiries
